We understand that NDIS can be confusing and you sometimes will feel lost in the process. We will provide education, advice and information to potential and existing NDIS participants so you will have confidence and knowledge that you need in your NDIS journey ahead.

We support people who have been diagnosed with permanent disabilities, including physical and mental health illnesses, to apply for NDIS Access. After the initial meeting, we will help you along the way in your NDIS application process. We will provide you with a checklist of reports and assessments to better present your case to NDIS to maximise your funding approved.

Once your NDIS funding has been approved, we will provide coordination of your funding to maximise the services that is required for you to achieve your goals set out in your NDIS plan.

NDIS Plan is required to be reviewed every certain period of time depending on your age group. We will support you in this process to ensure you will maintain the same level of support.

Unlike other service coordination providers, We can also provide social worker services including initial assessment and report writing as part of your NDIS application and ongoing review.

We can conduct Functional Behaviour Assessment for you, develop individualised Interim Behaviour Support Plan and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan, and provide trainings and support to implementation of plans and ultimately to achieve your personal goal.

In regard to those who experience mental health illness and meet the criteria of NDIS Access but cannot afford the diagnostic assessment, we will provide support to link them to the professionals without any out of pocket fee to help these vulnerable people to be able to apply for NDIS with sufficient evidence.
